Future U Informational & Enrollment Session
Future U uses federal grants to assist with educational and career goals. This might include completing a GED, enrolling in an occupational training program, internship, or occupational certificate. We also provide resources and support on career exploration, job search, or career readiness skill development including transportation assistance, supplies, tools, equipment, and more!
To be eligible, young adults ages 16-24 must be out of school AND also meet one of these eligibility characteristics:
- Seeking GED
- Justice Involved
- Foster care history
- Pregnant/Parenting
- Disability – can include ADHD, anxiety, depression, mental health, learning/cognitive disability, physical impairment, or chronic health condition
- Insecure housing/homeless

Money Matters (Virtual)
This workshop focuses on concepts of financial independence and planning, including:
- Tips and tricks to lower your expenses and increase your income
- How to plan for your needs and wants while still building savings
- How to create household income goals and plan to achieve them
- New tools that can help you make the RIGHT plans for your financial future
